Le LAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement ouvert en 2011 par la fondation ASAP. En avril 2015, une \u00ab Association pour le LAP \u00bb (ALAP) locale a pris en charge la gestion du LAP.<\/p>\n
ALAP a un conseil d\u2019administration de 4 membres : pr\u00e9sident, vice-pr\u00e9sident, tr\u00e9sorier et secr\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n

L\u2019association des parents d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves est compos\u00e9e de 2 parents par village et pour les familles de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Elle se r\u00e9unit tous les trimestres ou en cas de besoin pour des questions urgentes.<\/p>\n
Il existe \u00e9galement un comit\u00e9 du personnel qui s\u2019occupe du dialogue entre le personnel et la direction.<\/p>\n
Le LAP est officiellement reconnue par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation. Une convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e avec le minist\u00e8re en 2024.<\/p>\n
